Hello Aura Arena Enthusiasts!

Today we added:

- A main menu, and a brief "how to play" tutorial through picture screens

- Changed the 4th musketeer's rapid shot cutscene to a regular move (no more movement restrictions!)

- Generally fixed some bugs

- Removed the annoying blue command text on the top side of the screen

- Made it so the gameplay loop repeats until the player dies, allowing for a high score to be set!
